COVID RESPONSE
At Pinkmead Estate, we are entirely focused on the experience of our guests and our priority, always, is your health and safety. Now, more than ever, in light of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we are focused on the health and safety of all our guests and team, without compromising the quality of your experience when you stay with us.
We are adhering to the latest information, protocols and tools from the world’s leading health experts and government authorities to maximise the effectiveness of our response. We have implemented stringent cleaning practices, but we are also expecting our guests to behave reasonably and with simple common sense in collaboration with us to keep everyone safe. We know this is just a temporary measure and we thank all our guests in advance for following these guidelines.
Guest Check in / Check Out
We ask room guests to check in not before 4pm and out at 10am to give us an extra two hours for our deep clean process. Unfortunately we have to be very strict with these timings because of the extra elements we must adhere to for guest health and safety.
Room Cleaning
As well as our normal fastidious standards we will be disinfecting all touch surfaces. Our cleaning team will also make sure the rooms are well aired between residencies and hand sanitisers are included in each bedroom. This is yours to take with you throughout your stay. We also encourage guests to wash their hands when they return from a day outing as a precautionary measure to eliminate any spread of Covid 19.
Grounds & Cleaning Team
All our staff will will maintain even higher than normal hygiene standards, in particular, constant hand washing and sanitising. Amongst other measures, disposable gloves and shoe protectors will be worn when turnaround occurs. We have taken the extra precaution of instructing all our teams including our grounds team to do any maintenance on Friday during guest turnaround to eliminate any risk of contact and give you complete privacy and peace of mind during your residency.
PPE
Our cleaning team will work with PPE, gloves and shoe protectors at all times whilst in any of our residencies.
We have taken many other precautions behind the scenes and our team are doing everything we can to provide a safe, seamless and ultimately enjoyable experience when you visit us.
For so many of us, travel is a necessary and rewarding part of our lives. At Pinkmead Estate we have taken precautionary measures to ensure your wellbeing, along with that of your fellow travellers and our estate team. We have heightened our already stringent practices around sanitisation, disinfection and cleaning, plus specific measures based on the guidance of local health authorities.
In addition to these measures, we encourage you to learn more about what you can do to travel more safely. The World Health Organisation has several recommendations to reduce exposure to a range of illnesses, including hand and respiratory hygiene as well as safety practices.
