Balance + Glo are a team of wellness experts and instructors based on the Isle of Wight offering yoga, pilates, fitness, SUP Yoga classes alongside nutrition and wellbeing. Co-founded by Yoga Teacher Jenny Stewart and PT Evelyn Joyce, Balance + Glo is focused on movement, nutrition and mindfulness. We aim to empower and install confidence in people to encourage them to find their balance and get their glo. Offering classes, luxury retreats and events plus our virtual wellness community - The Online Studio, the team provides a 360 approach to support you on your wellness journey.
We can offer private classes tailored to suit your needs on the estate. These can take the form of outdoor or indoor sessions (numbers dependant) so you can make the most of the beautiful 24 acres.

Jenny Stewart - Co-founder + Yoga Teacher
Jenny’s style of yoga is a mix of vinyasa and hatha flow - it’s suitable for all levels including beginners but be prepared to get moving, feel energised and have lots of fun doing it. She is also a master at the deep relaxation technique of Yoga Nidra - so if you want a cosy night in to drift into a deep slumber then she's your go to girl.
Olivia Hazlitt - Yoga Teacher
Lovely Livy is a 230 Hrs Yoga Alliance qualified Power Vinyasa and Mandala teacher. Livy's style of teaching is dynamic, playful and led by breath. Livy has a keen interest in creative sequencing to challenge her students both physically and mentally. Her dynamic classes will leave you feeling energised, happy and ready to take on any challenges.
Emma Humfrey - Yoga Teacher
Emma is a qualified yoga teacher as well as a registered Paramedic on the Isle of Wight. She has a keen interest in lifestyle medicine, plant-based nutrition and the benefits of yoga for health and wellness. Her slow flow vinyasa style classes will leave you feeling totally calm and blissed out.
Evelyn Joyce - PT + Fitness and Strength Coach
Evelyn is a Personal Trainer and functional fitness coach. Evelyn incorporates bodyweight and resistance training exercises to build overall strength and cardiovascular endurance. Join her to get sweaty, strong and feel awesome! You will be surprised with what your body can achieve.
Emma Wharton - Pilates Teacher
Emma is a certified instructor in STOTT Pilates, Mat and Reformer. Emma describes Pilates as mindful movement. She believes exercise should nourish not punish your body. There's nothing like an efficient, dynamic workout to refresh and recharge the body and mind.
